Things That Make You Go Hmmm…
An Asus Eee PC came in-shop today staunchly refusing to eject a DVD from the Optical Drive.
Once the computer was opened we discovered a sticky note had been inserted into the optical drive followed by a DVD which pushed the sticky note far into the back corner.
This felt very reminiscent of years ago when I was babysitting and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich founds it’s way into a VCR.
Always remember if a kiddo thinks something might fit somewhere, they are likely to try and in the event they are successful they are unlikely to tell you what they’ve done before it’s too late.
In this case no harm was done to the optical drive, but just imagine if that had been something else like a stick of gum or a thin cracker.
